Australian Visitors

This week, Brady's Australian cousins, Peter and Madeleine, came to our class to teach us about their country. They gave an outstanding presentation! They worked hard to create a poster and other visuals that helped them with their presentation. They talked a lot about the similarities and differences between Australia and the United States. The 49ers were a great audience for our guest speakers...and they learned "heaps" of information!

Madeleine and Peter had a GREAT time coming to your class. They practiced and practiced their presentation in the days before coming to class!

Peter enjoyed spending the day with you 49ers on Tuesday.

Madeleine and Peter left last Thursday. They were sad to leave. They tried to convince us that they should stay until their next visit this July!

They are on their way to France. They were going to spend one day in Paris, which is a really, really big and beautiful city.

They were then going to the French Alps to downhill ski. Do any of you ski?? The Alps are enormous mountains, bigger than any mountains we have in Wisconsin.

Thank you for being such FANTASTIC hosts to our niece and nephew! You showed them how AWESOME the United States of America is!

Way to go 49ers!
